Selecting a new mattress is an important decision. At A1 we’re dedicated to making sure you have a positive stress free experience, so you can purchase with confidence and satisfaction. Advanced sleep research has shown it may take several weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support of a new mattress. However, there are occasional situations where it’s just not a good match. Our A1 Sleep Guarantee allows you to select another mattress/set of equal or greater value with no restocking fee!

How Does It Work?

After sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights, and you are still unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress you will want to contact us and let us know that you intend use your Sleep Guarantee to re-select a new mattress. (NOTE: You have up to the 60th day from your original delivery date to make a one-time re-selection.)

Sleep Guarantee Rules

Mattress must be in perfect condition - No stains, No dirt, No rubs, etc.
Unless you are picking it up yourself, delivery charges apply to all re-selections.
If the mattress you are re-selecting is of greater value, you must pay the difference
